Seeking Jewish women of all ages and backgrounds who would like to share their story of immigrating to Israel.
This project will consist of a short interview (scheduled at the time and place of your convenience) and photos taken of you in your daily life. The time commitment is about an hour including the interview and photos, plus time to review and approve your final story.
The aim is to turn this work into a gallery exhibition and photo book with 50% of the proceeds being donated to organizations that support the Aliyah process.
There is no compensation being offered for participating but a chance to tell your story and share it with the world. Seeking English speakers or those with family/friends who are able to interpret.

About me. I’m a 35-year-old, Korean-American convert who recently made Aliyah. I was inspired to start this project so I could hear stories from other women and learn what inspired them to make Israel their home. As a Creative Director, I came with a blank slate but I’m quickly filling my time with personal projects that move me to share. For this project, I’m eager to give back to organizations like Nefesh B’Nefesh, which I’m so grateful for as an olah who came on her own. I also hope this work will inspire future olim to find the confidence and desire to come home.
